SHIPPING

We make all First Aid Kits to order in Australia.

We aim to ship all orders within 2 weeks, subject to the purchaser attending/viewing the Zoom consultation and cleared funds. 

All kits are shipped via Australia Post services. Australia Post will send through tracking information on email once the kit has been shipped.

It is the customers sole responsibility to ensure that they adhere to local post office collection timeframes/deadlines. If the order is not collected from the local post office within the timeframe, a new shipment cost will be billed to the customer to ship a new kit. Unless Express Post is selected, for all standard delivery - generally no signature is required on delivery and you therefore authorise the post services to leave your order in a safe place.
