In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or broken, please email a clear photo of the product to keiraleahomeopathy@gmail.com. As each piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation, we will do our best to repair the item where possible. If the item is assessed and found to be beyond repair, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund for the damaged goods.

Please note: as our products are handcrafted with care and made in small batches, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We kindly ask that you review all ingredient listings and product descriptions carefully before making your purchase, to ensure it aligns with your needs and values.
